Shipping & Delivery Times
Due to high demand and the nature of our logistics processes, shipping times are estimated and may vary.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that delivery times may be extended in exceptional situations beyond our control, such as logistical delays or customs processes.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once processed, they will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
