Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

In these cases, we will evaluate the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns Due to Dissatisfaction

We accept returns if the customer is not satisfied with the product.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will evaluate the case and, if applicable, process the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products, or personal care items.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Items on sale and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product and, once the return is approved, place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
